It’s getting close! The Brooklyn Zine Fest 2013 is this Sunday, April 21st from 11am to 6pm at Public Assembly in Williamsburg. Stop by to flip through zines from more than 80 writers, artists, and publishers from Brooklyn and beyond.
Whether you’re into travel, poetry, photography, pop culture, illustration, personal writing, comics, sex and dating, graffiti, gender, health, geography, or anything else — you’ll find a self-published magazine about it at the Brooklyn Zine Fest!
Mark your calendars, get your reading glasses ready, and prepare to browse, chat, and discover something new! In the meantime, if you haven’t already, check out:
   – Photos from last year’s Brooklyn Zine Fest, also held at Public Assembly.
   – Time Out NY‘s “What to Look Out For at Brooklyn Zine Fest 2013” & the Gothamist Guide to April.
   – Q&A “Meet Your Zine Maker” segments with many of this year’s exhibitors.
   – Details for Brain Frame, the performative art & comics variety show following the zine fest.
   – Urban Librarians Unite, who are setting up a free temporary library outside the zine fest.
The BZF is freeall ages, and open to everyone.  See you this Sunday!
